Refund policy

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and ideally within 48 hours so we can look into it quickly and put it right. This does not affect your legal rights.

If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have 14 days to send it back to us. The customer is responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns, and we’ll refund the item price and standard delivery cost in line with your legal rights.

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll let you know the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be sent to your original payment method within 14 days. Refunds include the item price and standard delivery cost, but not return postage for change-of-mind returns unless we say otherwise.
