Shipping policy

All products are made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Once your order has been produced, shipping times typically take:

UK: 2-5 business days

Europe: 3-7 business days (excluding customs processing)

International:  5-10 business days

EU Shipping Notice:
Orders shipped from the UK to EU countries may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and courier handling fees upon delivery.

These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and are outside of our control. They are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

The customer is responsible for any additional charges incurred.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and delays with shipping courier.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
